Ronkita, LLC ("Ronkita", "We", "Us", "Our", or the "Company") provides products and services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all your activities on the Ronkita website, Ronkita mobile applications, Our APIs, and usage of Our products or services. Membership Account
If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Our Website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Ronkita and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Reviews, Comments, Emails and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Ronkita reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless We indicate otherwise, you grant Ronkita and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Ronkita and its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post: that the content is accurate: that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity: and that you will indemnify Ronkita or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Ronkita has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Ronkita takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
In-person or Virtual Instruction, Training or Activities ("Activity" or "Activities")
These Terms and Conditions apply only if the Activity is scheduled or organized directly with Ronkita. We also participate in Activities at other businesses that setup, manage and take registrations for Activities using their own systems, processes and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these other businesses and our Terms & Conditions are not applicable to their business, the products or services they provide or your interactions with them.
Payment
Fees are due by the due date on the invoice, or when paying during registration, to confirm and hold your place for the specific date(s) and time(s). Your place is not confirmed until full payment has been made.
Times & Late Arrivals
- All Activities start at the designated time.
- There is a 10-minute waiting period after the start time to accomodate late arrivals.
- If the instructor doesn't recieve notice before the start time that the participant will be late, it is at the discretion of the instructor to cancel the Activity after the waiting period. Refunds will not be given if the Activity is cancelled because the participant failed to arrive on time, or failed to attend any or all days.
- If the instructor receives notice before the start time that a participant will arrive late, it is at the discretion of the instructor to extend the Activity time. Refunds will not be given for time that was missed by the participant.
Online Video Chat
- Minors must have their parents' permission. It is required for the parent/guardian to be at the same location as their child/ren and immediately available to their child/ren and/or the instructor. The parent/guardian must be present in the Activity to provide assistance if they or the instructor determine their child/ren will need assistance during the Activity. For children 10 years old and younger the parent/guardian is encouraged to sit it on initial Activities to help with tasks that require more dexterity.
- Please be sure to test and confirm all of your hardware and network connection are working properly before the start of the session. We won't be able to troubleshoot or provide technical support if you experience issues during the session.
- Additional time will not be added to the session if your app, equipment, tools or materials are not setup and ready to use by the start of the Activity.
- Video recording or taking photos during the Activity are not permitted. If recording is enabled the Activity will be stopped until the recording is turned off and any time expended will not be added to the duration of the Activity. You will only receive one notice to disable recording. If recording is enabled more than once the Activity will end and you will not receive a refund or credit, nor will you be permitted to attend any future Activities.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please check your calendar carefully before committing to an Activity. We appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations.
- Programs (Camps, after-school programs or other activities scheduled for three or more days)
- Cancellations received at least 21 calendar days before the start date of the camp shall receive 100% refund of the fee, less a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received within 7-20 calendar days before the start date of the camp shall receive 50% refund of the fee, less a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received fewer than 7 calendar days before the start date of the camp shall not receive a refund of the fee.
- All Other Activities
- Cancellations received at least 5 calendar days before the start date of the Activity shall receive 100% refund of the fee.
- Cancellations received within 2-5 calendar days before the start date of the Activity shall receive 50% refund of the fee.
- Cancellations received fewer than 48 hours before the Activity start time shall not receive a refund of the fee.
- Refunds will not be given if the Activity is cancelled because the participant failed to arrive on time, or failed to attend any or all days.
- Refunds will not be given for time that was missed by the participant.
- There are no refunds for students who fail to appear for the Activity.
- Activity fees will not be refunded if the participant fails to bring the necessary materials and supplies.
- Refunds are not given to students who fail to contact us at the guidelines listed above. No exceptions.
- Refunds can take at least 7-15 business days to process.
- All services rendered by Ronkita are provided on a non-refundable basis.
- In the unlikely event that the Activity is canceled by Ronkita, you will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling
- Private Activities
- private Activities can be rescheduled if notice is received at least 48 hours before the start time. Rescheduling can only be done one time, and after that, if you can't make it, you must submit a request to cancel the Activity and will be held to the cancellation guidelines above.
- Requests to reschedule the private Activity received fewer than 48 hours before the start date/time will be honored at the discretion of the instructor. Refunds will not be given if the teacher cannot reschedule the Activity.
- Public Activities
- Public Activities will not be rescheduled and students will be held to the cancellation guidelines above.
Materials & Supplies
Please use the materials/supplies list (if applicable) to make sure you have everything needed for the Activity. These lists are provided in the Activity descriptions, and you can contact us if you have any questions about what to bring. We are not always able to supply machine accessories or supplies if you forget yours. Activity fees will not be refunded if the participant fails to bring the necessary materials and supplies.

Machine Service
Diagnostic and Drop-off
An appointment and payment of the non-refundable diagnostic fee are required for machine service. Diagnostic appointments can be rescheduled without charge if you contact Ronkita at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. The diagnostic fee will not be refunded if you fail to appear for your appointment, and a new appointment and payment of the diagnostic fee must be setup using the online system in order to proceed with machine service.
Additional Service
The diagnostic payment covers the diagnostic only. Ronkita will contact you for your approval before proceeding with service that exceeds the full-service costs or previously agreed costs, or before ordering parts. In some cases, a deposit may be required before proceeding with additional service or ordering parts. You will only be charged for services rendered and not charged the additional service fees if the issue with the machine can't be fixed.
Service Payment and Pickup
Ronkita will contact you when your machine service is complete, coordinate a time for you to pickup your machine and send you an invoice for payment. Pickup options will be at the same locations and times that the machine diagnostic/drop-off is available. Complete payment must be made by the invoice due date, otherwise the pickup appointment will be automatically canceled and will need to be rescheduled. After the pickup date and time are confirmed, you must contact Ronkita at least 24 hours prior to the pickup date if you need to reschedule the appointment. Failure to pickup your machine at the agreed appointment will incur a $10 fee per missed appointment, and this fee must be paid before a new pickup appointment will be coordinated. Machines that aren't picked up 30 days from the appointment pickup date, and you have not contacted Ronkita to make alternate arrangements, will become the property of Ronkita and will be sold or donated at Our discretion.
Limited Warranty
A 30-day warranty is offered from the date you pickup your machine on service and repairs related to the issue that the machine was brought in for. If the same problem returns within 30 days after you pickup your machine, contact Ronkita to coordinate a review of your machine. Ronkita does not warranty any parts that are used for service or repairs.
Refunds & Returns
All services rendered are provided on a non-refundable basis.
Digital Products
Digital products, streaming video and audio content, apps, and downloads are delivered upon confirmation of payment and due to the nature of the product and its delivery, no refunds are offered.
Personalized Video
Fees paid for personalized videos created by Ronkita are non-refundable. By utilizing any of the instructions or information communicated in the video you are assuming all responsibility and risk for your own actions and any damange or injury that may result from your actions. We recommend safe practices when sewing and when using tools seen or implied in the video. No information contained in the video shall create any expressed or implied warranty or guarantee of any particular result.
Applying the cost of the video toward the cost of a personlized lesson can only be applied one time per video purchased. The one-time discount will be applied on the invoice for the personalized lesson. The personalized lesson must be scheduled within 15 days of the video being sent to you.
Information communicated in the personalized video may be used in other videos created by Ronkita.
Tangible Products
Face Masks
Refunds, credits or exchanges will not be provided for face masks.
All Other Tangible Products (excluding face masks)
If you aren't 100% satisfied with the item, you must contact Ronkita within 5 days of receiving the item to discuss a refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. The returned item must be in new/unused condition, unwashed, and with all original labels and hardware intact. Items are shipped uninsured via USPS Priority mail. Ronkita is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the post office, or if buyer provides incorrect address information. Many of these are unique, one of a kind items, and in some cases material may no longer be available.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Ronkita are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Pricing
Prices may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change our product and service prices at any time without further notice.
Product Descriptions
Ronkita and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Ronkita does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Content on Third-party Sites
Ronkita posts and manages content on third-party sites ("External Sites"), such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and others. Your use of External Sites is at your own risk. Ronkita does not represent or warrant that the External Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that they are free of viruses or other harmful code, nor does Ronkita represent or warrant the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or appropriateness of the content contained on the External Sites, or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful code.
Ronkita shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in connection with our use of External Sites, including content. External Sites may contain links to other websites. Ronkita is not responsible for the accuracy of any content or availability of any services or products on any third-party website that may be referred to. Applicable Law
By visiting Ronkita you agree that the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ronkita or its associates.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Ronkita, or to products or services you purchase through Ronkita shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the State of Texas, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Ronkita's intellectual property rights, Ronkita may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Texas, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
