New days and times to schedule machine service appointments. Saturdays are still available, plus more weekday times in the morning, afternoon, and evening, at 4 locations around Austin, so there are plenty of options to get your machine looked at. All brands of new and vintage domestic sewing machines and sergers.
Many times the problem you’re experiencing can be resolved during the diagnostic. If the machine does need more time to fix, or if it needs a full-service cleaning, most machines are returned within 2 weeks.
Don’t forget, you can also give a machine service gift certificate to your friends and family who sew. And for those of you who sew all the time, check out the discount service packages when you need more frequent servicing.
